Noah Qiao is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Noah counsels leading private fund sponsors on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues related to investment management. He regularly advises clients on complex business transactions, investment adviser registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), adviser compliance obligations under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, and SEC examinations and investigations.

He is a key member of the firm’s crypto regulatory advisory practice and has significant experience helping crypto asset management firms and their portfolio companies navigate the rapidly evolving crypto regulatory landscape.
