Biography
Kevin Grossman has been a practicing attorney for the Office of the New York State Attorney General for the past three years. As an Assistant Attorney General, he represents and defends the State of New York in lawsuits ranging from, among many causes of action, medical malpractice, torts, excessive force, eminent domain, and false arrest. Prior to being an AAG, he was a practicing attorney with the County of Onondaga where he dealt with all aspects of social services and public benefits, and worked in other service areas such as child protective and guardianships. Prior to law school, he taught social studies at Huat Gap Middle School on John’s Island, South Carolina, which is the heart of the low country’s Gullah-Geechee culture.
