Danielle Bernard

Danielle Bernard is a Supervising Attorney at LawNY, Inc.® advocating for clients’ Social Security and Veterans’ claims, and is an active member of the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

She graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1992 and received her commission. After retiring from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel, she attended the UNC School of Law. Post graduation, she served as an Equal Justice Works AmeriCorps Veterans Intern and Fellow, where she assisted low-income veterans with civil legal issues at Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc.®

She is an active member of the Finger Lakes Women’s Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of New York’s Diversity Committee.
