Daniela del Rosario Wertheimer

Daniela del Rosario Wertheimer is the Cornell First Amendment Clinic's Stanton Fellow. She is a member of the D.C. Bar and has research interests and practice experience in the First and Fourth Amendments, government transparency, and civil liberties and civil rights. Prior to joining Cornell, Daniela was the Jack Nelson-Dow Jones Fellow at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press. In that role, she focused primarily on federal and state open records and open meetings matters through litigation, advocacy, and amicus efforts.
