Andrew Hahn

Andrew Hahn is General Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer at Hawkins Delafield & Wood, LLP. As General Counsel, he performs duties including litigation management, employment and HR functions, vendor relations, risk management, and operations. As Chief Diversity Officer, he manages the Firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.  

Professor Hahn has 30-plus years of commercial litigation experience involving contractual matters, including insurance, construction, employment, software licensing, government contracts, franchising, lease, vendor, banking and other corporate disputes. His litigation experience includes complex matters such as class actions in the areas of insurance, antitrust, consumer fraud, securities, products liability, and toxic torts. 

He has also performed numerous internal investigations in areas pertaining to employment, banking, and consumer fraud issues.
