Alexander Greenberg

Alex Greenberg is a senior technology lawyer at Barclays, head of the bank’s cybersecurity and intellectual property practices in the Americas, and lead counsel on issues related to distributed ledger technology, digital assets and cryptocurrencies. Alex has broad experience across regulatory, transactional, contentious and advisory matters involving cyber and physical security, crisis management, data, intellectual property and emerging technologies. Alex is a graduate of NYU College of Arts and Science and Harvard Law School.
