Law School and University Resources

As a small law school in the midst of a large university, Cornell Law School offers the best of both worlds – an intimate, scholarly environment within which to study the law, and an array of resources capable of serving the needs of thousands.

The following links contain information which we believe will be of the greatest use to our students, but this list is by no means exhaustive.

If you seek information or assistance not readily accessible from these links, please contact the Office of the Dean of Students or visit the Current Student Community site

Healthcare

For a small city, Ithaca has comprehensive and high-quality healthcare. Service organizations and advocacy groups have an active voice in the local community.

At Cornell University, health insurance is required, and Cornell offers a first-rate, low-cost, student health insurance. If you come with your own health insurance plan, be sure to contact the Cornell Law School Financial Aid office, which will provide you with information to opt-out of the student health insurance plan.
